    While we strive to create cakes as close as possible to your desired design, please note that we cannot guarantee an exact match due to the nature of custom cake-making. To ensure your design is as close as possible, please follow these steps: Provide all details in the "Additional Notes" section – Be sure to mention any specific design elements, such as colors, decorations, or themes, so we can understand exactly what you're looking for. Upload a clear and accurate reference photo – Make sure the photo you upload is the one that best represents the design you want. Double-check that it shows all the details you want on the cake. Review the PDF sent with your estimate – After submitting your order, we’ll send a PDF with the cake details. This is your chance to confirm that everything is accurate. If anything needs to be changed or clarified, you can reply to the email. By following these steps, we can work together to ensure your cake design is as close as possible to what you envisioned.
  • How can I transport my cake properly to avoid damage?
    To ensure your cake stays safe during transport, follow these tips: Place the cake on a flat surface – The best spots are the flat floor of your car or in the trunk. Avoid putting the cake on a seat or in a moving part of your vehicle. Secure the cake box – Make sure the cake box is stable and won’t move. You can use non-slip mats or pillows to prevent it from shifting. Keep the cake level – It’s important the cake stays upright and doesn’t tilt. If possible, position the box so it’s snug and doesn’t slide around. Avoid heat – Keep the cake away from direct sunlight or warm areas, as this can cause melting or instability in the layers. Following these steps helps prevent most common issues during transport and keeps your cake looking as beautiful as it was when you picked it up.
  • Do you offer refunds if there is an issue with my cake?
    We always strive to deliver the best possible product, and customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with the quality or design of your cake, please contact us right away. While we do not typically offer refunds for issues related to transportation, we are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns. Depending on the situation, we may offer a solution such as a partial refund or another form of compensation.
  • What types of cakes do you offer?
    We specialize in cream-based cakes, including both classic and custom designs. We do not offer buttercream or full fondant cakes, though we are happy to create small fondant accents and decorations on your cake. All our cakes are made to order, and we can accommodate different themes and flavors based on your needs.
